Beth was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Tampa in 2003 to pursue her Bachelors in nursing degree from the University of Tampa. She went on to practice bedside nursing for nine years with her primary training in both Adult and Pediatric Emergency medicine/trauma at Tampa General Hospital and St Josephs Hospital. She was also an adjunct faculty member at both the University of Tampa and South University teaching pediatric courses to undergraduate nursing students. In 2012, Beth returned to her Alma Mater, the University of Tampa, to obtain her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau’s International Honor Society for her excellence in academic achievement. Beth is also an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. She has special interests in Pediatric health and wellness, emergency medicine, women’s health, and palliative care. In her spare time, Beth enjoys traveling, interior decorating, spending quality time with family/friends and her 8-year-old son.
